Our Services

  • Grief Educational Workshop & Speaking Engagements

    I utilize an educational approach guided by an evidence-based Grief Recovery Method® program to guide my practice, offer passionate speaking engagements, and facilitate tailored workshops.

    The workshop aims to explore and define grief and its impact on daily life.

    We identify and confront myths that limit our capacity for joy, and keep us stuck in life. Examine why grief is misunderstood in society. And we explore how unresolved grief unfolds throughout life and often goes unrecognized as we become stuck in cycles for generations.
