What You Can Expect
Our workshops are highly customizable for industry-specific audiences and environments. Attendees will experience an engaging, energetic, interactive, and collaborative environment. The dialogue is transparent, with hands-on, active learning and modeling of new learning behaviors and language. Anna, a Certified Trauma-informed Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Life Coach, and Strategic Leader, delivers worksheets and assignments.
Objectives
The workshop aims to provide the foundation for understanding loss and grief, apply practical learnings, and improve overall responses to loss and grief, individually and collectively.
This will be done in the following ways.
• We will define and examine loss and grief
• We will identify the many reasons grief is misunderstood.
• We will examine grief as a lived experience and apply new learnings.
Grief Education
The workshop is educational, engaging the audience to think differently, challenging old beliefs and habits, and providing an overall feeling of well-being. Our workshop offers attendees a safe environment to define grief and explore it as a natural response to loss.
