Grief Educational Workshop
What You Can Expect
Our workshops are highly customizable for industry-specific audiences and environments. Attendees will experience an engaging, energetic, interactive, and collaborative environment. The dialogue is transparent with hands-on active learning and modeling of new learning behaviors and language. Worksheets and assignments are delivered by Anna a Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Certified Life Coach, and Strategic Leader.
Objectives
The workshop aims to provide the foundation for understanding loss and grief, applying practical applications of workshop learning, and improving overall responses to loss and grief, individually, and as a collective.
This will be done in the following ways.
• We will define and examine loss and grief
• We will identify the many reasons grief is misunderstood.
• We will examine grief as a lived experience and apply new learnings.
Grief Education
The workshop is educational in nature, engaging the audience to think differently, challenging old beliefs and habits, and providing an overall feeling of well-being. Our workshop offers attendees a safe environment to define grief and explore it as a natural response to loss.
