Laughter

Did you know
that laughing can do wonders for your health?

Not only does it boost your immune system, but it can also decrease stress hormones and increase immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies. When you laugh, your body releases endorphins, promoting an overall sense of well-being and temporarily relieving pain.

Additionally, laughing can help protect your heart by improving the function of blood vessels and increasing blood flow. It's even been found that laughing for 10 to 15 minutes daily can burn approximately 40 calories. And if you're feeling angry or resentful, looking at the funny side can help put things into perspective and enable you to move on.

Finally, studies suggest that people with a strong sense of humor may live longer. So, don't forget to find the humor in life and laugh as much as you can!

Thank you for meeting me here!

Love and Light,

Anna Laura
